The internal rehearsal of permission within The Illusion of Separation. The Rule determines what may be said, done, or felt without risking exile. It is not declared. It is absorbed. The Mind enforces it to protect The Self from perceived danger. It shrinks experience to what is approved. It edits expression to remain included. The Rule emerges before The Law. It cannot be followed without Forgetting what moved before Identity.
