THE MIND

The simulator of The Illusion of Separation. The Mind is the internal Narrator that organizes perception into continuity. It does not seek what is. It seeks what can be named and stabilized. It recycles sensation into Story, filters experience into labels, and rehearses experience to maintain Identity. The Mind emerged when the human brain began simulating experience instead of responding directly to contact. It is not evil. It is not you. But without it, there is no Story, no Identity, and no mechanism to preserve The Self.
